Pagoda Circle Forest Park

The Pagoda Circle and Nathan Frank Bandstand was built in 1925 with white marble and concrete. The roof is made from copper and the railings bronze.

The video is a timelapse taken during sunrise on Halloween 2018. A 14mm 2.8 lens was used with 2 second exposures. Fall in Forest Park is sensational and the colors are bold and beautiful.

This Pagoda is one of Forest Park’s Icon located across from the Muny Opera House, an outside colosseum for live plays and musicals during the Summer months.

The floral arrangements and plants that surround the Pagoda are maintained by The Flora Conservancy of Forest Park in concert with the City of St. Louis.

Saint Louis Art Museum in Forest Park during the Fall turns trees into beautiful colors. My favorite place is the tree-covered trail with trees that turn a bright and deep red.

The video features the tree-covered sidewalk and the Apotheosis of Saint Louis statue located in front of the Museum.

This Forest Park Halloween hyperlapse features the tree-covered sidewalk that runs in front of the St. Louis Art Museum.  A shaky camera, spooky music and nightfall can turn the most beautiful area into a Halloween delight.

This is a 4k timelapse of the Grand Center Arts District in Midtown St. Louis, MO. A normal 1080p Youtube video is 2k so 4k has a little bit more detail.

This particular video was created by using 1000’s of photos placed in chronological order. This, for example, allows a 5 second video show six minutes of time. The same thing can be done by speeding up a regular video as well.
